Finding more space in small places

The task given for this post was a very challenging one. One that we kinda already covered in our previous refurnishing of our living room, creating more space for everyone in the house. When I received the third tasks from IKEA, my mind went blank. How can I create even more space in the places which I’ve already filled up with things or one which I’ve only recently decluttered?

I paced around my 5-room HDB flat at least 6 times that day and tried to find new places to create even more space. First, it was the walls, we have plenty of empty walls around the house, but my hub will be so so mad if I were to drill holes into the walls to create more storage places. He likes to keep things simple and minimum, which is a total opposite of me!

Then I thought, there must be something I can do in our toilets! It is one of those places we use more often every day but spent the least effort to take care. But… there’s just that much space in there and we can’t possibly fit in any more storage in there with our built-in cabinets. I can’t be knocking those cabinets down and fit in new ones right?

See I’m stuck. Nothing much I can do to complete my challenge!

After a few days, while brushing my teeth staring into the built in cabinet, I finally saw the mess I can work on. THIS!

There’s only one face in the family that needed all the beauty treatments and care… and I have no idea why there are so many bottles of products in there! Have I been slapping THAT many things on my face every day? And there are many items in there which I’ve not touched for a very long time… time to clear this mess up!

So off I went to IKEA Tampines with this photo on my phone. Determined to find some small storage solutions to make more space in this small place. Here’s what I did…

Throw Unused Stuff

This was the first step and a very important one. By dumping away things that I no longer use makes the small place look more spacious already. I was then able to reposition the remaining items and sort them out according to our frequency of use in our daily routine.

Box Up Small Items

The slightest “mess” we see in small places make the space look overly cluttered and messy. But when you hide them into boxes, everything somehow looks neater and magically more space are created. In our toilet cabinet, I’ve added DRAGAN 2-piece bathroom set made of bamboo, in there I store my facial masks, cotton pads, make-up accessories and other tiny pieces that I rarely use. I also bought a set of GODMORGON box with lid to hold the tall bottles which tend to shake/fall easily when touched, and also for the smaller bottles.

And in the lowest shelf in there, I’ve used STUGVIK Toothbrush holder with suction cup to hold our toothbrushes and toothpaste. This we should have done it long ago! Using those containers to hold toothbrushes is just so wrong because water tends to be collected at the bottom causing algae and bacteria to grow.

And with just few simple steps, my small place inside this cabinet is now looking much neater and there’s even extra space for ermm… few more new beauty products perhaps? LOL!

More Small Storages for Kids

I am not one who walks out of IKEA with just a few items in my shopping bag. New ideas are always sprouting as I stroll down the store. With something here and another thing there, I came back home with a few additional stuff to create more and better storage ideas for my little ones.

See those red and white boxes in our bookshelves? These boxes help hold the random pieces which the girls started filling up these shelves with since I set it up. There’s the random piece of drawing from school, the new art & craft pieces, small toys from egg surprises and even small baby books which they still takes out to see them once a while. We’ve already gotten the FLYTTBAR Trunk for toys for the girls some time back, and now I bought two more for the living room. I love how these boxes can hold all the toys and books etc and is able to flatten when not in use. Ideal for small places.

Besides these red trunks, I also found these white KUGGIS Box with lid very useful. The lid can be used as tray when there are guests in the house and we use them to serve them drinks and snacks. And the box can hold papers and even CNY goodies on our STUVA benches. I love multi-purpose storage solutions.

These pretty white KVISSLE Letter tray is my favourite buy from that shopping trip at IKEA. I use this to hold papers, colouring sheets, flash cards and the girls’ completed drawings in folders. I like how the girls can see where the things are and they have learned to not come to me whenever they need paper for drawings or want something to colour.

Happy and busy kids, make a very happy and relax Mummy. Ha!

I am glad I managed to squeeze more space in the toilet and in the living room. Are you inspired to go shopping at IKEA too? How are you planning to supercharge your living space?

Creating More Space in Our Living Room

Every year during this period I tend to become a little lazy at work and want to do something new around the house. It has been awhile since I did some home improvement and since there’s the Christmas party with family coming, and the Chinese New Year shortly after, I decided to do some “magic” around our living room.

We live in a 5-room HDB and is kinda huge in the standard HDB context these days. Our living room and dining area are one massive open space in a regular rectangular shape which makes it rather easy to shift things around and create our space. I love to create cosy space while the husband prefers to keep it minimum and clean. With just the four of us living in this space, we kept things to the minimum.

BEFORE: Quite a messy sight

This space is used mainly for the following:

  • Space for dinner, which we have at the round kid’s table because the girls want to watch TV while they eat.
  • To chill, watch TV, where the girls do their crafting, writing and activities that require tables/chairs.
  • Hosting of our family and friends when they come over for visits.
  • Storing of books, game consoles, some toys and photo albums.

Before, we bought one and then another shelf for the girls’ collection of books and activities. Eventually, these two shelves were overloaded and had papers, books and what not spilling out. We needed more storage space.

BEFORE: Our overloaded book shelves

When we first moved into our house, we had a huge comfy sofa and lounger from IKEA, but we removed it after 5 years as we felt it was taking up too much space. Then we got two NOLMYRA Easy chairs that we can move around easily. But then we realized family members had to sit at the dining table or on the floor when they visit as there were not enough seats in the living room. We needed more seats.

BEFORE: Limited seating chairs for guests

We have also been considering getting a coffee table or a side table for the living room because when the girls are doing their activities on their round table, there’ll be no table space for us to put our cup of drinks or stuff when we are spending time together in the evenings. End up the adults will be seated at the dining table with our drinks or evening snacks while the girls do their stuff at the other side of the room. Though we were still in the same room, but it felt a little distant. We needed table closer to the kids.

With the three needs in mind, we planned our new living room for the new year. And I’m happy with it because it’s now more functional, meets our needs and there is a lot more storage space! Our girls are thrilled too! “Mummy it’s so colourful! I love it!” said Zara when she came back from her gramps after we got the living room transformed.

AFTER: More of everything we needed!

For the books and stuff, we removed the two small shelves we had and replaced them with two KALLAX Shelving units in green and yellow. With the additional shelf space, I spread the books out and grouped them by type and level. The girls suddenly realized they had lots of books to read and rediscovered the many stories they didn’t know they had! As there are many loose sheets of papers and thin magazines, stickers and activity books, I kept them hidden from sight with FJÄLLA Magazine files; creating a neater look for the shelves.

AFTER: More storage space for the whole family

On the other side of the room, I added more storage space, more seats and even table space with just two sets of STUVA / FÖLJA Storage benches! I am super proud of myself when I put this corner together because it is multi-functional and yet so simple. We love this new corner!

AFTER: Loving our new multi-functional living space

Now the girls can use this side of the space for reading, more space for them to do their activities and they get to just dump their commonly played toys into the drawers instead of moving them in and out of their playroom.

AFTER: Hide those cushion seats into the drawers and we’ve got tables for snacks and stuff!
AFTER: Remove the storage unit and put in a chair, and we’ve got another space for activities!

We are now set and ready for more family time in our living space! Well at least the living room is ready.

One room down and three more to go. And this was the easiest space to improve on, the other rooms are in such crazy mess I don’t event know where to start! More spring cleaning and decluttering to be done soon! How are you preparing for the new year?

In the mood for Christmas, Slowly But Surely

2016 has been an awesome year, with growth and stability at work, it’s now time to spend time with family. As everyone around the world slows down our pace, taking time off for trips with family and preparing for the coming Christmas holiday, I am trying to do the same too. With 2 upcoming trips scheduled in November, and a pretty crazy December packed with work, I’m starting my Christmas planning and preparing earlier this year.

The Special Christmas Tree

Each year, I try to create a different kind of Christmas tree in the house. Because setting up a “real” Christmas tree is too much work for the lazy me and it takes up too much space.  We try to improvise and DIY our own “tree” in the house. This year, I created a lighted up tree by the window and I think it looks fab!

This took less than 10 mins to setup and you can get all you need from IKEA at under $50. Christmas tree on the wall, I call it, can be created with (1) SARDAL LED Lighting Chain ($14.90), (2) 2 boxes of STRÅLA Decoration for lighting chain ($4.90), (3) VINTER 2016 hanging decorations ($7.90)(4) white VINTER 2016 decorative stand ($4.50) and I also added some pretty (5) Christmas decorative tapes ($5.90) to the otherwise plain white stand.

Love these limited edition red hearts from VINTER 2016 collection at IKEA.

Family, Friends, Food & Lots of Merry Making

This year, I am also planning to host a simple dinner with close friends and my family. We needed to get more plates and cutleries for this and found some really cheap ones from IKEA, OFTAST plates and bowls at just 90cents each! These go very well with our current simple white plates in the house too. Simply perfect!

Christmas meals are made of awesome food and value-for-money plates and cutleries from IKEA.

For drinks, we decided to go with VAKEN Glasses ($4.90-$5.90 in set of 4s) which comes in two sizes, just nice for adults and kids, or to hold your cutleries too! I love how the setting is simple yet practical, each item can be used for different purposes.

Keeping it simple in red, white and a little dash of gold
Just add ribbons and it’s perfect!

Adding Christmas Around The House

If you’ve been to our place, you’ll know how bare and minimum we try to keep our home. The only decorations you see around our house are mostly photos of our girls. I love the VAXBO Collage Frame ($12.90) I bought from IKEA which holds 8 x 5R (5 x 7 in) photos. To add some Christmas, we just swap out some photos with Christmas printouts which you can easily print off online or create with Canva.

Swap out some photos with Christmas printouts

My girls are super excited to see the house being jazzed up a little each day and I can’t wait to start shopping for presents! Have you started decorating your house too? Share with us on our Facebook page, I would love to feature some of your creative home decorations one day!

Mummy Knows Best – Things Only Mums Will Understand

Zara and her precious tutu

Sometime in June, we went through our first “cold turkey” treatment with one of our girls. We got Zara to kick away her habit of sucking her precious pacifier, and it took us 5 days. It wasn’t planned (one evening I just decided to “throw” her pacifier out of the window) and I think we did pretty well at working on this new milestone together. Zara no longer ask for her “tu-tu” and we now have one less thing to pack when we head out.

The journey of motherhood is never once a dull moment, everyday is filled with new adventures – be it fun, frustrating or just simply out of your imagination. This journey requires me to learn new skills and pick up new knowledge (or new tricks) every day. The term “Supermum” wasn’t coined out of fun, it really takes a super hero to become the best mum for our children.

My friends who aren’t a mum yet always ask how it is like being one. And those who are preganant with their first child are curious at what’s to come. So here I’ve put together some of my personal experiences and hope it will enlighten those who have yet experience them and to share a laugh with those in the same shoes as me.

Things you will only understand when you become a Mum.

The moment when you saw your baby for the first time.

What is that???

The first time I saw Ayra fresh out from the push, that’s exactly how I felt. What is that??? You mean baby looks like that? No way!

Of cos the thought goes away almost instantly when you hold the child in your hands, that first touch was just magical.

Breastfeeding looks easy when other mums are doing it, till you try it with your newborn.

OMG! Why is it so frustrating just latch on already!

And I ended up going for the next best alternative, expressing and bottle feeding. Less stressful but I think it is even more tiring because having a baby latch on means mother-baby-bonding time (hence more love less tiring) but expressing is just you and that annoying sound of the pumps.

When your child decides she is big enough not to wear diapers.

Half way through dinner, “Mummy I want to pee.

When you are half way through your journey in the MRT, “Mum I want to go toilet now! Urgent!

When you are about to reach the cashier after queuing for the past 20 mins, “MUMMY! I need to go pee….

When your first child runs a high fever of 39.8 in the middle of the night.

“Oh no! What happened? Ayah wake up now, we need to send Ayra to KKH she’s having a high fever!”

When your second child runs a high fever of 40.7 in the middle of the night.

“Oh dear, poor baby are you ok? Come let’s bring you outside and sponge away the temperature. And let Mummy give you medicine ok?” And you always have got that pink (or orange) medicine at home for standby, because fever in kids is so common.

And this list can go on and on… a parent’s learning journey is for a lifetime and there are always new things we need to learn and experience. I will continue to learn and share as long as I’m a mum, and that’s for life.

Just chill and be happy cos Mum you make me giggle!

Remembering these and more at Cetaphil Baby Experience

Together with a panel of experienced practitioners and other mums, I attended the very first Cetaphil Baby Experience in Singapore, a fantastic opportunity for parents and would-be parents to get the inspiration and information for the first few magical years of parenthood, and at the same time, meet other families. The high tea setting was lavish and inviting, and as I was sitting in the ballroom, I could see the audience really getting into the mood of the fun filled event.

The half a day workshop brought together a panel of childcare experts: Pediatrician Dr. Ong Eng Keow, from Mount Alvernia Hospital, Senior Lactation Consultant Ms. Kang Phaik Gaik from Mount Alvernia Hospital, and Nutritionist and Breastfeeding Consultant, Ms. Sylvia Kang.

Photobooth with cute props for all guests and friends at the event

I found all the different sessions by the infant and childcare specialists to be informative and it sure brought back lots of memories from the earlier days of my mummy journey. With my youngest coming to 3 soon, and having gone through many milestones together with both my girls, I was nodding my head with agreement during the sessions by Dr. Ong Eng Keow, Pediatrician and Neonatologist, International Child and Adolescent Clinic from Mount Alvernia Hospital.

The first 30 days of your baby’s journey in this world is filled with many unknowns and new adventures. During those days, Google search was my best companion but I always read all the guides and content for references only because you really cannot trust everything online 101%, so always read with some doubts and double check or verify with other sources before you decide what should be done best for you and your baby. For anything unsure, always consult your PD or a doctor.

Parents and parents-to-be being very attentive to the talks at Cetaphil Baby Experience.

The highlight of the session would be the baby bathing demonstration explained by Ms. Kang Phaik Gaik, who is a Senior Lactation Consultant and Head of Alvernia Parentcraft Centre. The demo brought back memories when I first bathed my girl on my own. A few tips for first-time parents, which were shared at the event –  always be confident when handling your baby in the bath, because one little tremble or uncertainty can be felt by the little one and things may just get a little crazy once the baby starts to cry. Always have everything you need at arm-reach and support your baby’s neck when handling her. Practice is the only way to get better at bathing your baby, so don’t be afraid and just keep doing it. Singing kids songs will help calm you and your baby down too! Try it!

And of course, we’ve been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleaner since my firstborn and also during my confinement. Even up till today, we are still using it and my girls love the new Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash and Shampoo. They use them in childcare and for our regualar trips to the pool. Love how they smell so fresh and nice after their shower.

If you missed the Cetaphil Baby Experience, here is a little video to catch up on the experts who were there and the different sessions that happened. Thank you Cetaphil for inviting The Loving Mum to their first Baby Experience event in Singapore. If you would like to find out more and be kept in the loop for future events, join Cetaphil Singapore on Facebook and sign-up for their newsletter.

Eczema, Sensitive skin, Cracks, Itching – The One Balm that Repairs Them All

It has been almost a month now since we were introduced to Cicaplast Baume B5, the multi-repairer for sensitive, irritated skin. We are into the third tube now and just recently stocked up with the bigger 100ml ones from a Guardian sale last weekend. Because it worked for Zara, so we are sticking with it.

If reading about the cases in my household isn’t enough to show it’s effectiveness, we got five others to try out the balm and here are the results. All five, of different age group, whom we sent out the Cicaplast Baume B5 out to were looking at repairing their skin, be it for dryness, cracks or different degree of irritation due to eczema.

Before you read on, I’ve to disclaim that this is no miracle cream. It helps with speeding up skin repair and soothes itching and dry skin. But it doesn’t stop the itch or eczema from coming back. Results may vary from person-to-person.

Case 1: 3-year-old boy with eczema, the balm was used on his very dry skin around his genital area
Untitled

“The skin healed and started to smoothen out after a day of using the balm. And in 7 days, the dry patch is gone.”

Case 2: 2-year old girl with open wound due to over scratching of itch due to eczema

Cicaplast Baume B5 Tested and Reviewed

“She was scratching behind her knees when sleeping at night, and when we discovered it, the sheets was covered in blood. After we cleaned the wound and have it tried the next day, I used the Cicaplast Baume B5 on her wound. It helps a lot for healing wounds, when she uses other creams she will scream and cry in pain when I apply the cream on the wound. But with this balm, she had no complain. The skin was almost completely healed in 7 days. I just recently bought another tube from Watsons.”

Case 3: 50+ year-old women with cracks on her feet

Cicaplast Baume B5 Tested and Reviewed

“My job required me to stand long hours and exposed to detergent and oil on a daily basis for more than 30 years. My feet are dry and skin is badly cracked up. I tried many cream to heal my cracked feet in the past, but none really healed it till I tried Cicaplast Baume B5. The crack slowly and eventually closes. I’m happy with it.”

Case 4: 30+ year-old women with itches

Cicaplast Baume B5 Tested and Reviewed

“I itch easily and I will start to scratch on my skin causing it to break. The balm is easy to apply and it stopped me from scratching cos it soothes the skin and prevented the itch. The broken skin was also healed within the first 3 days.”

Case 5: 12-year-old boy with itching over his body

Cicaplast Baume B5 Tested and Reviewed

“I like this new balm and my skin is less red these days. I use the balm everyday.”

And lastly, here’s one more from Zara, her itching skin is now taken care of by Cicaplast Baume B5, whenever she starts to itch she will ask for this “cream” to be applied. Though it’s recommended for use twice a day, but because the weather is so bad lately, we carry one tube whenever we go so that she’ll get to use it whenever necessary. Cicaplast Baume B5 is available at Watsons and Guardian stores retailing at $21.90 for 40ml and $45 for 100ml.

The Cases of Sensitive Skin in Our Household In Need of Repair

Whenever I see moisturiser for sensitive skin on sale, I would buy and stock up at home. We have got two pretty bad situations of eczema and sensitive skin that’s easily irritated in our household. Repairing badly scratched and open skin has been a major headache for us. Recently I was introduced to Cicaplast Baume B5 that’s said to repair my skin in 7-days. It has been more than a week since I introduced this balm to my family and now Zara even has a name for it – she calls it “The Cream”.

Zara’s skin is very sensitive since birth, I can’t recall when was the last time her whole body is free from any skin irritation. This poor girl cannot stop scratching itchy parts all over her body and is always rubbing her eyes. People who doesn’t know us may think that this 3 year old girl has got sleeping problem or sort cos she has got very dark circles under her eyes. This is the result of sensitive nose, eyes and skin.

The scratching get worst during hot weather and the recent heat wave has caused us both countless of sleepless nights just because her body will itch when she gets too warm from laying down in bed. And we are sleeping in air-conditioned rooms! Every time she wakes up in the middle of the night, I’ll have to apply layer of moisturiser all over her back, shoulder and arms. In the mornings, she will wake up with patches of swelling skin at different parts of her body.

I would try anything that’s safe for children to help improve the skin irritation she is suffering. And so “The Cream” is now her favourite. I asked the eczema prone father in the house how he felt about the cream. And he said it soothes the itch instantly upon application. That’s why Zara is loving it so much. And now before bedtime I would apply a layer of the Cicaplast Baume B5 onto her back and itch prone areas, these nights we both slept in peace.

Does Cicaplast Baume B5 contain steroid?

That’s the first thing people asked when I share about the balm.

No it doesn’t. Cicaplast Baume B5 is paraben-free, fragrance-free, lanolin-free, antibacterial agents, hypoallergenic, tested on sensitive skin and formula suitable for babies. It helps soothes and repairs irritated, altered and heated skins suitable for the entire family. Now I cannot leave home without one in my bag. It has become a go-to-balm for all our skin problems.

What skin problems is this balm suitable for?

Well to me its for all skin problems. But as stated by La Roche-Posay, Cicaplast Baume B5 is suitable for eczema, sensitive skin, dry patches, cutaneous dryness, chapped lips, itching, infant redness, grazes, heating sensations, rough patches, cracks and sunburn. It’s suitable for everyday minor injuries on the skin.

How’s the texture like?

Smooth. It is non-greasy and doesn’t stain clothes. It absorbs fairly quickly into the skin too.

What does it contain?

  • Panthenol 5% to soothe irritation and redness.
  • Madecassoside to accelerate epidermal repair.
  • Enriched with La Rouche-Posay thermal spring water and shea butter.
  • Combined action of Madecassoside + [Cu/Zn/Mn] complex to keep in check bacterial proliferation.

Where can I buy it?

Cicaplast Baume B5 is available at Watsons and Guardian stores retailing at $21.90 for 40ml and $45 for 100ml.

Review: OSIM uDiva Classic, Our First Massage Chair and We’re Loving It!

When was the last time you find time to visit a masseuse to get that stubborn neck and back ache soothen? It would be so nice if I can have it done anytime I want at my own home and that’s what got us started shopping for a massage chair since early last year.

After months of debating with my hub (and consulting our bank accounts) we still didn’t give in to the lure of having a massage chair in our house until now. With the new OSIM uDiva Classic, it is now even more tempting, and easier on our wallet, to finally own our very first massage chair. Thanks to OSIM we got to give this new uDiva Classic a trial run before we make our decision to sign-off that credit card slip. And here’s 8 (because its Chinese New Year) reasons why we need this OSIM uDiva Classic in our home. (It’s more like 8 reasons to persuade myself and my hub to buy it lah!)

#1 – The uDiva Classic massage chair fits just nice in our home

In fact it fits almost any home, even in my parent’s cosy one-bedroom HDB in Punggol! The OSIM uDiva Classic is compact and light, you can fit it anywhere in your house and move it about too; from the living room to the bedroom or in your baby’s room! It measures merely 90(L) x 70(W) x 85(H)cm in sofa mode with backrest inclined and footrest retracted, saving more than 30% of living space.

Love how this uDiva Classic is so much easier to match as compared to their previous uDiva model. It’s classic yet elegant design complements our home and I love how the caramel chair stands out from the rest of our furniture. Really fits just nice as our first massage chair right? This uDiva Classic is small in size but generous in the features. Read on to find out…

#2 – It feels just right, at every pain (and not pain) points

Every morning I wake up with numb arms and hands and a very stiff shoulder. Every night I find it hard to fall asleep even though I am super tired. All these are signs of overworked, little rest and long hours of staring into digital screens. Are you having the same problems too? Since I started using the uDiva Classic every evening, sometimees in the morning before I start my long hours of staring into my macbook, I fall asleep more easily at night and when I needed that knot loosen in the neck and shoulder, I used the manual settings in the massage chair to hit the right spot easily. And never once did I not get the “Ahhhh…” out of me; just damn shiok. And now I do not want this daily routine to stop! So I must buy it, right?

#3 – It’s like having a personal spa at home
When was the last time I visited a spa? Hmmm… probably more than 6 years ago when we took a break in Bintan. Now I can have a good spa rub and massage every day.

#4 – Not just another chair, but a 3-in-one!
An armchair these days cost easily a few hundred bucks and if you want a nice looking designer one, you’ll pay couple of thousand even. But well its just a nice-to-look-at and alright to sit in armchair. How about a cosy lounger? That’s not something every house can fit easily since it takes up more space. And then there’s the dream “I wish I have one at home” massage chair, to some may feel its too bulky or too costly to own. Now put all the above three into one, you can get a body message anytime you want, a chair to relax and reflect, a cosy armchair to sit and a lounger for you to laze or work in. With the OSIM uDiva Classic, we can have all the above at home without taking much space and doesn’t cost you an arm and leg to pay off. A good deal indeed!

#5 – 5 professional massage programs
Being our first massage chair, it should be easy to use and fuss-free. And sure enough, we could get our first massage experience right out of the box without any manuals or instructions. Just pressed a couple of buttons on the remote and we went “Ohhhh” and “Ahhhh” instantly. The five pre-set massage programs include:

  1. Neck & Shoulders – my favourite routine that eases stiff and aching necks and shoulders
  2. Lumbar – on days when I needed a good relief on my lower back
  3. Energize – for the mornings when I needed a quick boost before work to charge up the body and mind.
  4. Spa – a gentle massage that relieve stress and tension all round the body
  5. Sleep – for relaxation before a good night sleep.

You can also use the manual massage settings to target a specific spot of your shoulder or back to suit your individual preference.

#6 – Everybody can use it!
Most places sell massage and spa packages that you can share with your love ones these days, but the problem with these packages is finding time to head back to use the package. But this one package is right there waiting for you at home. My parents come by weekly to visit and now they get to enjoy soothing massage too while spending time with us.

#7 – A work-at-home mum dream chair to work in.
Because I work from home most of the time, and sitting at my desk long hours makes work a little dull. Now I have a better option to sit and work at home. When I am too tired, I set the uDiva Classic into massage chair postition and have my back massage while I type away on my macbook. Or when I needed to focus just on work, I set it to become a lounger where I can have my coffee and snacks within reach while I work. Isn’t it a dream chair to work in for me? Yes right? Must buy lah! Shiok lah!

#8 – It doesn’t burn a big hole in our wallet! And accepts trade-in too.
Because we have got a massager at home now, we can trade-in* that and get this awesome new OSIM uDiva Classic at a special trade-in price! I just need to use it at least once a week to get my investment worth comparing this with my usual visit to the masseuse; which I seriously cannot find any time to go. Perhaps its time to trade our leg massage for this full body one. Hmmm…

Now that I have got my 8 reasons to own the uDiva Classic massage chair listed out here (while seated in it as I typed them out), time to share it with my husband and get the deal firmed so I can enjoy all the above 8 benefits permanently.

uDiva Classic retails at S$2,499, available in two colours – caramel and mocha. Please check in-store for more details. Click here for more information on OSIM uDiva Classic.

Want to try out the chair too? Come visit us this Chinese New Year! I’ll serve you coffee and snacks too. Don’t forget the ang baos ok. 😛
