When Baby was born, we saw changes in her everyday. I want to preserve these memories and record down moments that I know I’ll forget over time. These thoughts gave birth to a day-by-day scrapbook for Baby’s first month.
Some time back we visited Singapore Flyer with our complimentary tickets from OMY Blog Awards. It was Baby’s first flight in the flyer and she wasn’t unexcited about the ride at first, not interested in the view nor the moving capsule.
When we were at the top of the flyer, that was when she started to take notice of the surrounding. Ayah held her to the doors and windows and pointed out buildings and things outside. She got to stand on the edge and see Singapore right below her feet.
To remember this day, I did a simple page for our projectlife 2012 album. Journaling to be filled in still. This is the very first page I did since we moved into our new house. Hope I can find more time to do more cropping soon!
Here are the pages from Week 5 and 6 of 2012. As you can see, some of the slots are still waiting to be filled! I have an entire year of projectlife to catch up on, this is project impossible for me! Am thinking of documenting important or memorable milestones in the year instead of a week by week record.
Have been doing some craft-keeping past few days and I’m pretty happy with how things are being organized around my work and crop space. Still there are things I wish to improve on when I find the right storage solutions for them.
In this post, I’m sharing my personal space in the house which I’m calling it my Work x Crop Zone. This is where I get my work done and satisfy my need for some cropping aka scrapbooking. For those who’ve been asking how I organized my crop stash, here’s what you’ve been waiting for. 🙂
These drawers hold most of my stash. Good that I’ve slowed down (A LOT!) on my stash shopping sprees; these drawers are not able to hold anymore stuff if I am still in those crazy shopping mood. Things just slowed down for me since Made With Love closed down. That place held many memories for me. Hope to see them back in action again soon.
Been long since I did any scrapping. Hands been itching but time hasn’t been within my control. Was packing my stash and decided to snap shots of past projects to share. Will be sharing them here as regularly as I can.
Here are the pages from Week 1 to Week 3 of my personal Projectlife album.
